Restaurant Manager

• Position: Restaurant Manager - Dessert Restaurant • Employer: Royal Bahaar , • Salary : £26,000 - £28,000 per annum • Location: Stoke-on-trent, ST4 7NR • Working days/hours: 38.5 hours within a 5 to 6 day week • Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), income boosting incentives, employer’s workplace pension, meals on duty and more • Prospects: Salary review; promotion, recognition and reward for outstanding performance. You will be overseeing a range of front of house functions and ensuring high quality customer service. Assist the senior management to maintain the highest standard of floor service. Duties include partaking in marketing activities, assisting with events, responding to customer feedback, training and supervising junior staff, preparing rotas, quality checks, ensuring compliance with health & hygiene protocols, monitoring & maintaining cleanliness, ensuring requisite supplies and equipment available, general facilities management, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules, and performing key duties as assigned.
